Shipping
We process most paid orders within 1–2 business days. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or due to security and fraud checks. Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. national holidays.
We ship within the United States using major carriers. Available methods (economy, standard, expedited) and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout based on destination and the items in your cart. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; weather, carrier capacity, and other factors may affect transit times.
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable or refused, we can reship it after collecting any additional shipping charges, or issue a refund (original shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error).
Some addresses (for example, PO Boxes, APO/FPO, U.S. territories) may be limited to specific services or may be unavailable for certain items. If special handling is required, contact us by email before ordering.
Order tracking
When your order ships, we will send a confirmation email with a tracking link, if available. Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may be delayed.
Damaged, missing, or lost packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, email us within 48 hours of delivery scan (or expected delivery) with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the packaging and items. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue. Replacement or refund eligibility may depend on the carrier investigation and product availability.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of delivery by emailing info@prime-market.shop with the subject line: Return Request — Order #.
Return conditions
- Items must be in new, unused condition and returned with all original packaging, accessories, and inserts.
- Returns without prior authorization, returned used items, or items missing parts may be refused or subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.
- Unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect, original shipping fees are non‑refundable and you are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Use a trackable shipping method and keep the receipt; we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Non‑returnable items
- Final‑sale or clearance items labeled as non‑returnable at purchase.
- Perishable or personal‑care items that have been opened or used.
- Gift cards and downloadable or activated digital products.
Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange for the same item, note this in your RMA request. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item is unavailable, we will process a refund per this policy.
Refunds
After your return is delivered to us, please allow 2–5 business days for inspection. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear on your statement. We will notify you by email once your refund is processed.
Cancellations
You may request to cancel an order that has not yet entered fulfillment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled; please follow the return process after delivery.
Incorrect or defective items
If you receive the wrong item or a product with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will provide a prepaid return label or an appropriate remedy.
